• CMS Certification: Our CEN CMS Certification (from CENSolutions) provides further proof of our manufacturing quality. We are fully committed to meeting these stringent requirements through bi-annual on-site assessments and testing. 

Daily Testing for Uncompromised Quality 

Quality is built into every step of our production process. To ensure consistency, we perform a series of checks and tests throughout the manufacturing journey, including: 

• Glass Inspection: The team performs regular quality checks where our glass is thoroughly inspected for imperfections, dimensions, and flatness. 
• Spacer Bar and Sealant Checks: We regularly check for correct component delivery, and monitor sealant mix ratios and dispensing to maintain perfect consistency. 
• Desiccant and Gas Concentration Testing: To ensure optimal insulation, we test desiccant condition and gas concentration levels in line with EN1279 Part 3. 
• Toughened Glass Testing: Fragmentation break and surface pre-stress testing ensure all toughened glass meets required safety standards. 
• Final Product Inspection: Before dispatch, we perform comprehensive checks on the finished units, including sealant depth, PIB spread, labelling, and other vital specifications.
