The new line is a replacement line for one of the older robotic production lines. The line consists of 6-brush vertical glass washing machine, auto feed to Spacer bar alignment and inspection station, auto feed to automatic Argon gas filling press, auto feed to robotic sealing with Polysulphide sealant, auto feed to final exit station. The line is capable of around 400 units per shift, producing high quality gas filled units to EN1279.
